Revolage from Assoprint conquers Iran
 Assoprint has secured three major supply contracts from Apadana, Aghigh Tile and Kavir Tile, thereby further consolidating its position in the Iranian market. The orders concern the Revolarge automatic liquid and paste batching system, equipped with an exclusive system for product homogenisation and uptake. The latest-generation system supplied by Assoprint, due to start up by the summer of 2010, allows for automatic management and precision batching of screen printing pastes ground in medium and of glazes ground in water. By eliminating the risk present in conventional systems of the batching system blocking due to product precipitation in the tanks, pipes and valves, Revolarge drastically reduces the need for maintenance of moving parts subject to wear while ensuring highly flexible usage and modularity of the tank units.
The system is also able to operate immediately using colours in stock, thereby eliminating delays and product wastage while optimising the colour mix and allowing for rapid development of new colours.
