SITI-B&T Group supplies new single-firing line in Egypt
SITI-B&T Group is successfully starting up a new single-firing line installed at the factory of the tile manufacturer Al Masia (Varsina) based in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. The plant has a production capacity of over 20,000 sq.m/day and consists of two 3,000 ton presses with loading cars, two vertical dryers, one double-layer roller kiln with 2850 mm infeed opening and a length of 148 metres equipped with pre-kiln machine.
The supply package also includes a storage plant and latest generation laser-guided (LGV) vehicles. Following the new investment, Al Masia will double its production capacity to 40,000 sq.m/day, making it one of the largest ceramic manufacturers in Egypt.
