CMF Technology supplies storage plants to Simola Vitrified Tiles

Six months since it was started up at the end of 2017, the new porcelain slab factory owned by Indian ceramic company Simola Vitrified Tiles is now fully operational.

Pavullo, Modena-based company CMF Technology actively participated in the design and construction of the modern plant built around System’s Lamgea press technology by supplying all the automation and pre- and post-firing material storage systems.

Thanks to the use of multiple SBOX and TFLAT storage units, the factory performs efficiency handling of 1200x2400 mm size ceramic slabs and their submultiples while maintaining high levels of plant flexibility and output.

Simola, led by founder Rajesh Shirvi, is rapidly establishing itself in new market segments in India and abroad thanks to its new high-value products.
