Italcer group will produce the new Tonino Lamborghini Luxury Surfaces line of floor and wall tiles
The Reggio Emilia-based group led by Graziano Verdi is continuing its acquisition-based growth plan with the purchase of Cedir, a historic ceramic company located in the province of Ravenna.
The new eco-active, anti-pollutant and anti-bacterial ceramic slabs developed through two years of research and an investment of 2.7 million euros will be launched onto the market in September.
The new factory has a production capacity of 3.5 million sq.m/year and stands out for its flexibility, automation and sustainability.
With this fourth acquisition, Italcer has established itself as one of the largest ceramic sector groups with revenues of almost 200 million euros and EBITDA of 35 million euros.
The company, a member of the Italcer group led by CEO Graziano Verdi, has opened its new showroom in the splendid Palazzo Dal Monte Casoni in Imola.
