At Tecnargilla the awards ceremony for three new graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Mechatronics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, winners of the Acimac-Uberto Mori degree prize. Adriano Stefani, Giulia Lotti and Luca Colli were awarded for the most innovative degree dissertations on ceramic tile technology.

With an array of new features including a completely redesigned exhibition layout, the new sections Greentech and T-Finishing, new formats and communication spaces, the 26th Tecnargilla embraced change and innovation and received an enthusiastic response from both exhibitors and visitors from more than 100 countries.

Tecnargilla 2018 will host the 10th Acimac Annual Meeting, which will provide an overview of the latest developments in materials and technologies for the production of the “ceramics of the future”: large-size products, decorated using full digital systems and produced in new smart factories.
The Tecnargilla conference programme includes the event organized by I.Cer.S. on 26 September, entitled “The ceramic industry towards a circular economy model”. On 27 September 2 conferences by Acimac will focus on exporting tiles and ceramic machinery to Russia and Brasil and on the instruments for financing research/innovation
The "Future of Ceramics" will be on show at Tecnargilla in Rimini from 24 to 28 September . 500 exhibitors, 80,000 sq.m of exhibiting space, 5 sections. On 25th September Tecnargilla will host the 10th Acimac Annual Meeting entitled "Ceramics 4.0: Large, digital and sustainable".
