An e-learning course to improve the quality of customer care

The IIEA e-learning school recently launched a new training course for the ceramic industry.

Created by Giovanni Lauretta, a renowned professional with many years of experience in the ceramic sector, the course is specifically designed for training sales staff in their dealings with the market.

By the end of the course, which consists of a theory section and a series of exercises and videotaped simulations, participants will be able to handle customer relations more effectively and will acquire a greater awareness of their role within the company.

A test at the end of the last module can be used to assess learning progress.
A course participation certificate is issued once the participant has passed the final test.
