The world ceramic industry meets in Modena

Economic scenarios, market potential and the new technological prospects for digital factories will take the spotlight at the international business forum to be held on 11 and 12 November in Forum Monzani.

The International Business Forum “The Future of Ceramics”, organised by Acimac and the Italian Exhibition Group together with the exhibition Tecnargilla and with the collaboration of the magazine Ceramic World Review, will be held on 11 and 12 November in Modena.

The Forum will explore the most important issues for the future of the world ceramic industry, including economics, the market and technology. It will be open to all professionals and aims to foster networking and discussion while offering a global perspective thanks to the presence of major international producers.

The summit will begin with sessions devoted to the evolution of world markets. The speakers will include some of the leading figures in the Italian and international ceramic industry, trade association representatives and commentators, who will discuss the sector’s prospects and the various business models.

These will be followed by technological focus sessions exploring the theme of digitalisation of the production process.

Starting out from the changing Industry 4.0 regulatory framework and case histories from other industrial sectors, the speakers will discuss the latest innovations for complete factory digitalisation, intralogistics and warehouses and full digital decoration.
