Bedeschi becomes increasingly competitive abroad

Sarl Djedei (Algeria) and Nexe (Serbia) are amongst the largest contracts in 2018/2019.

Bedeschi is continuing to strengthen its international presence with major new developments and plant projects.

One of the most important contracts won in 2018 was the one concluded with the well-known Algerian brick producer Sarl Djedei (Touggourt) for the installation of a new BEL F 100/13 reclaimer complete with belt conveyors to transport bulk material to the silos.

The machine will be used to reclaim clay and feed three production lines. Bedeschi has begun 2019 with a new supply contract to Nexe, a leading Croatian group with which Bedeschi has a long-term partnership, for new roof tile handling equipment at the Polet factory in Novi Becej (Serbia).

The supply project consists of a new dryer car loading and unloading system, a system for setting dry roof tiles into cassettes and a fired product unloading and packaging line. With a history dating back to 1908, Bedeschi is today one of the most highly reputed companies in the heavy clay sector.

Now led by the fourth management generation, the company designs and builds turnkey plants consisting of a complete range of machines with all the benefits of green and Industry 4.0 technology, including clay processing (from the quarry to preparation), storage warehouses, extrusion and pressing of roof tiles and other fired clay products, handling systems (automatic lines), dryers and kilns.

Bedeschi offers a full range of pre- and after-sales services and guarantees continuous support over the entire plant lifetime.
