Tecauma solutions on display at Ceramitec 2015

An important player on the heavy clay machinery market for 35 years, the French company Tecauma will be presenting its full range of plant engineering solutions at the forthcoming edition of Ceramitec.

Tecauma is particularly keen to showcase its curved roof tile cutting system, one of which was recently installed at Tuilerie Lambert in France. The system offers outstanding ease of use and very short product changeover times (just 10 minutes). With 7 synchronised axes, what's more, the system can produce a large number of roof tiles without any cam adjustment.

With Eastern European visitors in mind, TECAUMA will be presenting its facing brick cutter, which makes precise chamfers on 4 sides, at a rate of 10,000 1NF bricks per hour. The machine is highly wear-resistant, and removable cutting bows facilitate product changeover.

Tecauma will also be showcasing its long-standing prowess in robotics, with a practical demonstration at its stand. Tecauma has already successfully installed innovative stacking and palletising robots in various parts of the world (France, Algeria, Russia, Ukraine, Italy, Spain and South America), for which it has produced a series of ad hoc solutions to meet specific local product requirements. It has also installed countless brick production plants in Algeria, and visitors to the trade fair will be able to see videos of some of these systems in operation.
