Raw materials and ceramic production equipments at Mosbuild 2020

The ceramics sector expands at Mosbuild 2020, the major Russian fair that will be held in Moscow, from March 31st to April 3rd.

Thanks to a growth in Russia’s build and interiors industry in 2019, demand for finished, decorated apartments is growing, and suppliers of ceramic tiles retain the prospect of sales growth in Russia. Consequently, many companies are interested in promoting their brand at MosBuild - Russia’s leading build and interiors trade show that will take place in Moscow from March 31st to April 3rd.

After last year’s return of the ceramics sector at the fair, Mosbuild 2020 will see the sector expand with more ceramic tile suppliers, as well as the introduction of companies offering raw materials and production equipment.

The world’s largest ceramics associations are also set to exhibit with the sector. The Italian pavilion will be organized by ACIMAC, the Italian Association of Manufacturers of Equipment for Ceramics. ASEBEC, the Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Equipment for the Tile Industry will also be present.

Among the brands in the glazes and raw material industry, Mosbuild will welcome companies such as Torrecid, VESCO, Soka Kaolin, and AKW-Kaolin.

The Spanish colour and glaze multinational Torrecid has been cooperating with Russian ceramic tile manufacturers for years, and since January 2010 operates in Russia with its subsidiary.
AKW Ukrainian Kaolin Company is part of the Quarzwerke group and produces more than 240,000 tonnes of enriched kaolin per year, suppling more than 50 countries.

With a yearly clay production capacity of 1.750 million tonnes, VESCO is Ukraine’s largest supplier of clays used in the production of ceramic tiles, porcelain, faience, glass, crystal, electrical insulators, sanitary ware, bricks and tiles.

SOKA Ukraine (part of the French SOKA group), offers a large selection of raw kaolin, enriched kaolin and clay from its deposits in Ukraine, France, Germany, and Spain.
