Tecnargilla 2020: 70% of spaces confirmed

Leading Italian and international companies to return as part of a new exhibition lay-out. Tecnargilla is busy preparing for its next edition.

Internationalisation and innovation will be among the core themes of the 2020 edition of Tecnargilla. With ten months to go until the start of the world’s leading trade fair for supplies for the ceramic and brick industry, everything is in place for another successful edition. The event - which will run at Rimini Exhibition Center from 28 September to 2 October 2020 - has already confirmed a broad spectrum of international names and is generating impressive numbers both in terms of exhibiting companies and attendance.

The majority of companies in the sector - both Italian and international - have already signed up to confirm their returns to the biannual event, with over 70% of the spaces occupied at the previous edition already accounted for.

In addition to Italy, the most well-represented countries are China, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Portugal, France, UK, Egypt and Greece, bringing the share of foreign exhibitors to 40% of the total.

“We’re very encouraged by the number of exhibitors that have already secured their space at Tecnargilla 2020,” says Paolo Sassi, the president of ACIMAC. “It’s a demonstration of the value this trade fair offers exhibitors.”

“Tecnargilla has always been the leading trade fair in the sector and an attractive and worthwhile event for all international trade visitors,” adds Italian Exhibition Group president Lorenzo Cagnoni. “The results are being consolidated with every edition and that leads us to believe that we’re doing a good job. We will continue to develop the event by listening to companies and market trends and following their lead.”

The value of the event is ensured by the way it is constantly being updated and developed in accordance with market trends. One of the stand-out new features at the 2020 edition will be the Decortech project, an expo section dedicated to technologies, raw materials and solutions that showcase the huge aesthetic potential of the surfaces. But that’s not all: the pavilions of the next edition of Tecnargilla will also be home to two themed routes introducing visitors to products, technologies, software and materials in two of the sector’s most relevant areas: Finishing, Digital & Logistics and Green Solutions.

Claytech - the long-time exhibition area dedicated to companies supplying equipment and tools for the heavy clay sector - will once again be a key feature at the 2020 edition of Tecnargilla. Appearing at the event for the ninth time, the prestigious Claytech has become a must-visit for all trade visitors, bringing together the best clay-brick production technologies from Italian and international constructors, who are displaying an increasingly acute focus on sustainability. Indeed, the sector is placing growing importance on offering products suitable for the “green building” movement - starting from production processes.

Tecnargilla will host leading companies in the trade sector from all over the world, offering exhibitors endless opportunities to connect with potential buyers. Meanwhile, visitors will be able to enjoy the most innovative exhibition yet from a technological perspective, together with a packed schedule of events covering every day of the event.
