Tecnargilla Design Award attracts fifteen exhibitors

An award for the creativity, innovation and countless aesthetic possibilities offered by ceramic decoration and surface finish technology brought together in a single exhibition space: this is the spirit of Tecnargilla Design Award, a competition organised by Tecnargilla in order to give due recognition to the latest technological innovation for use within the ceramics industry.

The theme of the third competition is "Thickness", the entries being the original designs incorporating technology, colour, decoration and finish submitted by CMF Technology, Coloritalia-Bonet, Colorobbia Italia, Digital Design, Esmalglass Itaca, Intesa, Kerajet, LB, Martinelli Ettore, Sacmi, Sertile, SRS, System, Torrecid Group, Vidres.

The show will therefore represent a unique opportunity to see in the same exhibition area groundbreaking technological and aesthetic ideas for the production of the tiles of the future, confirming the key role that the sector's suppliers play in ceramic design.

The show is to be staged inside the Ceramic Workshop, the area set aside for creativity exhibitions, and will benefit this year from a more prominent central position. Indeed, the designs will be exhibited under the large wooden dome covering Rimini Trade Fair's central hall.

The exhibits will be assessed by an expert panel of judges formed by creative directors and technical managers from ceramic manufacturers, representatives of the press and dealers.
