Tecnargilla: the organisational machine is firing on all cylinders

The Tecnargilla organisational machine is now firing on all cylinders In just the same way as the exhibitors, the exhibition team is hard at work in order to unveil, on 26 September this year, an edition that’s packed with content and new features.

The number of exhibitors, especially foreign exhibitors, and exhibition space is growing. This is further confirmation of the exhibition’s powerful draw for the sector’s operators.

In addition to the increases recorded at Tecnargilla among concerns operating in ceramic tile production, positive feedback is also arriving from the manufacturers of machines for sanitaryware and tableware and from companies that produce colours, glazes, raw materials and ceramic design, who will be hosted, as usual, in the Kromatech section.

A high number of exhibitors have also confirmed their return in the Claytech section, dedicated to the brick sector, though this will feature a more orderly display layout.

There’s also news on the international promotion front, with a campaign boosted in terms of the number of activities and countries involved thanks to funding from the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.

In addition to doubling its presence in the sector’s media, Tecnargilla was at the recent Cevisama (Spain), Indian Ceramics (India) and Revestir (Brazil) fairs for the sector, to be followed in the coming months by Batimat (Russia), Keramika (Indonesia) and Ceramics China (China).

The visitor drive campaign will also be launched shortly, involving both the direct channels of the exhibition and the global network of ICE Agency (Italian Trade Agency) offices that will be involved in organising the official delegations of buyers.

In addition to the technological innovations previewed by the exhibitors, the organisers are working to produce an array of training and professional development events.

The annual conference on digital ceramics decoration will be returning to Tecnargilla, organised by Acimac (Association of Italian Manufacturers of Machinery and Equipment for Ceramics) and now the most anticipated event for Italian and international operators.

Material stimuli and future trends in colour will take their customary place in the Ceramic Workshop exhibition, rounded off with the display of product innovations from the companies exhibiting as part of the Tecnargilla Design Award.

The event scheduled to run at Rimini Fiera from 26 to 30 September will also be an occasion to celebrate the fair’s 25th anniversary, world leader in applied technologies in the ceramics and brick industries.
