BMR named amongst Champion companies in ItalyPost survey

BMR ranked 43rd in the “Champions” survey conducted by ItalyPost of 500 Italian companies with turnovers of between 20 and 120 million euros.

BMR’s business efficiency has once again been confirmed by the results of the “2019 Champions” survey conducted by the ItalyPost Research Department and recently presented at the Milan Stock Exchange.

The Scandiano-based company was named a “Champion” business, ranking 43rd amongst the 500 chosen Italian companies with turnovers of between 20 and 120 million euros and meeting strict evaluation criteria.

The survey analysed financial statements for the period 2011 to 2017 to find companies that achieved consistent growth, generated profits and created jobs, and selected only the 500 companies that simultaneously met multiple criteria of excellence: an annual growth rate of at least 7%, an average EBITDA over the last three years of 10%, a debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 1.8 and a ModeFinance rating of at least triple B.

Alongside the 500 Champions, the ItalyPost study also named 100 Superchampions, 100 companies with turnovers of between 120 and 500 million euros.

A breakdown of these 600 outstanding Italian companies by product sectors revealed that the top category is mechanical engineering, a field in which BMR stands out for its innovation and efficiency. Thanks to shrewd corporate management and a well-balanced investment strategy, the company led by Paolo Sassi has reacted to the difficult economic situation with professionalism and teamwork, confirming its role as a major partner in the field of ceramic finishing systems and its ability to respond to and anticipate market trends.
