Inter Ser celebrates 20 years of steady growth at Tecnargilla

After posting new record revenues in 2015, Inter Ser is presenting its latest technological innovations in the field of digital decoration, large sizes and logistics at Tecnargilla in Rimini.

In particular it is showcasing the latest fully-automated version of Evolution Clean, the digital printhead cleaning machine produced by Elema with which Inter Ser has signed an exclusive distribution agreement for Central and South America. Evolution Clean works according to 3 principles - ultrasound, heat and pressure - and thanks to its high performance and simplicity is already widely used all over the world.

One new product that will be launched at the show is Thor, the new sorting line crusher designed to handle rejected tiles in large sizes and thicknesses up to 15 mm. It is already in operation in a number of Italian ceramic factories, where it has demonstrated its high productivity, low energy consumption (0.75 kW) and limited maintenance requirements.

The Inter Ser stand will also be hosting Weflex, a leading company in the field of technological solutions for logistics with which it began a close partnership this year. It will also be displaying I.Tile, the integrated warehouse logistics system which has already been used for several years by leading ceramic sector groups both in Italy and abroad and which has fully met customers’ expectations thanks to a payback time of less than three years.

Inter Ser already has a logistics centre in Sassuolo and will also be exhibiting numerous original parts as well as some special components capable of achieving greater efficiency and a longer lifetime than the originals.

The stand design will reflect the 2016 advertising campaign focusing on the company’s distinctive characteristics of reliability, speed and global presence, qualities that have enabled it to become a major partner for the sector’s leading players. Inter Ser is a partner of 22 of the top 25 world ceramic tile manufacturers, an outstanding result that will be celebrated during Tecnargilla as part of the celebrations for the company’s 20th anniversary.
