Inter Ser continues its strong growth in 2021

The company once again posted record figures in the first half of 2021 with orders up 75% year-on-year and customers across 60 countries

Inter Ser of Vercelli, a company specialising in the international marketing of original spare parts and machines for ceramics which also has a logistics centre in Sassuolo, once again posted record figures in the first half of 2021. The number of customers served worldwide continued to grow, as did the increasingly global scale of the business, which has now reached 60 countries, the highest number ever.

The company is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and closed the first six months of the year with an unprecedented 75% increase in orders compared to the first half of 2020.

CEOs Gian Luca and Paolo Zanoni point to a number of factors that have contributed to this strong new business growth. Firstly, at a time of raw material shortages and delivery delays, the market appreciates the responsiveness and rapid, reliable deliveries guaranteed by Inter Ser. Secondly, an increasing share of revenue is being generated from sales of machinery.

We partner with mechanical workshops in Sassuolo to find solutions to the problems reported by our customers, and this collaboration allows us to design simple, user-friendly machines that can be integrated into existing production lines  say the Zanoni brothers In addition, the work of selecting centres of excellence in the Sassuolo district has enabled us to propose cutting-edge technological solutions that have proved effective and beneficial even in countries where they were not previously considered necessary. The arrival of Marco Grani in 2020 marked a valuable addition to the team thanks to his skills and expertise.
