Despite the challenging international market environment, Inter Ser is investing in the future of its business and has brought a new leading figure into its team. On 9 June, Marco Grani was appointed the new Sales & Business Development Manager of the Vercelli-based company.

Grani’s mission will be to expand customer service management and develop new Inter Ser products in collaboration with suppliers.

Born in 1971, Marco Grani has extensive international experience in the ceramic industry. During his career he has held the positions of production manager and technical support manager for various companies (Nassetti, TSC, Muliakeramik, Cahayputra), as well as Customer Service Manager for the Lamina Division of System Ceramics.

“I’m ready to join the Inter Ser family, a dynamic company with big plans for the future,” said Grani, confirming his commitment to supporting the growth of Inter Ser in the coming years.

Inter Ser’s CEO Gian Luca Zanoni likewise expressed his enthusiasm about the new arrival, whose expertise will be an important addition to the company. Marco Grani “has built up a reputation over the years for his outstanding technical skills and human qualities”, he said.

Inter Ser, which also has a logistics centre in Sassuolo, specialises in the international sale of original spare parts and machines for ceramics. In more than 20 years of activity, it has stood out for its constant focus on technological innovations and the implementation of effective business strategies. In recent years, the company has not only recorded consistently positive sales results, but has also established itself as a supplier to the world’s most important ceramic groups. According to Ceramic World Review’s annual ranking, Inter Ser is a longstanding partner of 22 of the world’s 25 top tile producers.
