New agreement between BBM and Ceramiche Mariner

BBM will provide maintenance services for Mariner’s Roteglia plant

The GMM Group is strengthening its partnership with leading players in the ceramic sector. The Group member company BBM Industrial Maintenance has signed an agreement to provide maintenance services to Ceramiche Mariner, a well-known ceramic tile manufacturer with its headquarters in Castellarano and factory in Roteglia (Reggio Emilia). The aim is to overcome the risk of potential breakages resulting from unplanned downtime.

BBM’s Service Free Pack, a solution created specifically for the maintenance of industrial fans, will allow for a significant reduction in maintenance costs and will free up resources that Mariner will be able to reinvest in high added value strategic activities.

The services offered include vibration analysis and diagnostic reports on the state of health of the system, lubrication and routine maintenance work planned according to Mariner’s specific needs, and 24-hour availability and assistance for extraordinary maintenance work.

Full-time support, high quality of the mechanical components used and electromechanical reconditioning will help to improve the production efficiency of the machines and reduce downtime.
