SITI B&T sets its sights on India

Siti B&T Group is very pleased with the results of its recent participation in the Indian Ceramics trade fair held in January in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), the largest ceramic tile manufacturing cluster in India.

The latest technological innovations presented by the renowned Italian plant manufacturer attracted strong interest from attendees.

These included the highly energy-efficient Greenfire® kilns, the EVO 3.0 press equipped with new features (the E-Synchro® demoulding unit, Genius Box® quality control system, the Fasty rapid mould change device and the Start & Stop hydraulic power pack), and the new Supera® pressing technology for large tile sizes. Featuring original and patented construction solutions, Supera® is flexible and highly energy-efficient and eliminates waste. It will be used on a highly innovative complete manufacturing line for large-format ceramic panels.

At the Indian exhibition Siti B&T also presented its latest dry milling offerings, consisting of the Dryfast® pendular mill and the Grainmix granulator. These two user-friendly technologies guarantee minimal maintenance costs, high production rates and exceptional energy efficiency and are equipped with intelligent systems to monitor vibrations and analyse faults. In the field of digital decoration, Siti B&T presented the entire Evolve range of its partner Projecta Engineering, which features exclusive patented technology for extremely high-definition decoration.
