SITI B&T Group is presenting a total of 14 innovations based on the concepts of Industry 4.0 and Green technologies at Tecnargilla 2016.

"For years we have been working side by side with our customers with the aim of achieving full operational efficiency, boosting productivity, improving quality and versatility of the line, and remaining competitive through data management, control of every stage of the process and the use of advanced technologies," commented Fabio Tarozzi, Chairman and CEO of SITI B&T Group. "At Tecnargilla, we are presenting fourteen innovations covering all steps in the process, from raw materials preparation through to tile and sanitaryware finishing. We are able to supply a complete line, designed and built internally, with the utmost attention to energy efficiency and productivity."

This latest development maintains SITI B&T’s traditional role as a pioneer and trend setter. Back at Tecnargilla 2012, it became the first group to launch the Smart Factory concept. With its predictive, proactive and performance-based technologies, the Group is looking to the future and laying the foundations for Industry 5.0.

Using the UNICO supervision system from SITI B&T – which can dialogue and interact with the supervisors of all the individual machines making up the line – it is possible to monitor the production of multiple plants located all over the world from a single control station, thereby managing complex production processes at a number of different sites.

As for Service, SITI B&T Group is presenting its outstanding new 24/7 support for customers worldwide, while the new warehouse guarantees a rapid service and constant availability of original spare parts to avoid production stoppages and ensure optimal plant management.
