Stratos: Advanced finishing for XXL sizes

Giving form to ideas is the mission that Stratos has set itself.

Set up just four years ago, the company machines, finishes, cuts, processes and recomposes high-quality panels, transforming them into finished furnishing accessories such as tables, sliding doors, wardrobes, office furniture and the many other furnishing solutions that are possible with such a versatile material.

The new materials finishing department is currently undergoing final testing at the facility in Fiorano following a major investment made by the company with the aim of further improving the quality of its products.

"We have equipped an entire building with a new complete finishing line for large sizes designed and built by SITI B&T Group member company Ancora. - Domenico Zobbi, the owner of Stratos together with his partner Cesare Zannini, told us. - The plant consists of two separate lines: one for score-and-snap and squaring (using the XXL Deepmotor Cut and XXL Wet Squaring machines), the other for honing (XXL Polishing) and final protective treatment with Hi Coat technology."
