System supplies digital and end-of-line systems to Iranian tile companies

Having had a chance to appreciate the aesthetic potential of Creadigit, Iranian ceramic companies Persepolis and Narin Tile have made new investments in System digital printing technology.

Two new 400 dpi Creadigit machines began production in the Persepolis factory at the end of July, joining the one already in use at the company. The number of Creadigit units used by Narin Tile has doubled from two to four, while Kasra Tile has confirmed the purchase of a Creadigit XL for the decoration of large sizes.

In addition to digital decoration technology, the Iranian ceramic industry is showing particular interest in end-of-line solutions. The latest order has come from Milad Tile with the purchase of three Multigecko sorters and Falcon Portal palletisers, due to begin production in August.

All the orders were handled by the System group's Tehran branch System Ceramic Iranian, whose specialist technical personnel are responsible not only for installing machinery but also for supplying spare parts (a rapid service is guaranteed thanks to the local warehouse), providing after-sales support and organising training courses for local ceramic factory technicians in the use of these highly innovative technologies.

The Tehran branch is also responsible for engraving silicone rollers for Rotocolor decorating machines, a technology that is supplied directly by the branch.
