New bullnose glazing line SBF by Ferrari&Cigarini

SBF  is the new automatic line of bull-nose glazing for sizes  from 6x20 to 10/15x120 cm with epoxide cold enamels.  It is equipped by  a special aerograph spraying gun that does not make the plane surface of bull-nose  dirty  and  allows the application of paint only on the edge, without cooking it.

The  line is made of a feeding loader and 1 or 2  glazing cabines  in inox steel,  to  colour with 1 or 2 colours. The colourings are formulated using a range of colours  or prescriptions given by glazing producers.

For a better colour management  it is given also an armchair/colours agitator.

Compact , economic, automatic  and high capacity , SBF  is the best solution  for small and medium productions.

The same line is also available  in industrial version  (made of  feeding loader, glazing, stacking unit  and dryer), ideal for big productions, thanks to time speed of drying that maximize the production ability .
