Nuova Fima: Genusis 1202, Dynapall e CPK T 1202

The trend towards large sizes that has been established by the leading Italian ceramic companies in recent years has had a considerable following all over the world.
The technological demands imposed by sizes such as 120x150 cm and the need to handle strips up to 150 cm in length on the same lines have presented major challenges to the production process, resulting in the need to adapt the devices required for production of these large-format tiles.

As part of ongoing investments in research and development conducted with a view to maintaining its technological leadership, Nuova Fima has upgraded the machines Genusis 1202, Dynapall and CPK T 1202 in response to growing demand from an increasingly demanding clientele.
Genusis 1202 is a sorting machine based on the same technology used on the highly successful Synthesis (more than 700 installations worldwide) and delivers all the benefits of Nuova Fima’s extensive experience in the field of sorting systems.
With totally automatic size changeover, double stacker sorting and latest-generation management software, Genusis meets the requirements of the most demanding customers and can operate with sizes from 10x120 cm to 120x150 cm.

CPK T 1202 is a totally new concept of packaging machine that uses tray technology for high speed packaging of large format tiles up to 120x150 cm.
Dynapall is an automatic palletisation system capable of loading packaged and loose tiles of large dimensions and weight onto pallets according to predetermined layouts.
With its management logic and latest-generation drives, Dynapall is a flexible palletiser capable of adapting to the needs of the most varied production areas.

These new solutions from Nuova Fima can be used to sort, package and palletise tiles in a range of sizes from 30x30 cm up to 10x120 cm and 120x150 cm. They deliver high speed of operation, precision, rapid size changeovers and unrivalled levels of reliability.
