Ceramics: What’s next? Technologies, visions and opportunities for the ceramics of the future

The webinar, which was held on July 1st, 2021, presents some of the most recent technologies for raw material processing and ceramic body preparation, with a particular focus on the most innovative materials used for body composition, such as pigments, frits, inclusions, plasticizers, that enhance both the aesthetical result and the technical content of ceramic tiles and slabs.

A new appointment with the “Ceramics: What’s next?” series of technical webinars will be held on 30 June. The event will focus on the latest developments in ceramic bodies, from the new materials that compose them to the most innovative raw materials handling technologies. We will talk to experts from LB, Sacmi, Esmalglass-Itaca, Colorobbia, Lamberti and Breton. The event will be livestreamed at 2.30 p.m. on 30 June (in Italian) and at 10.00 a.m. on 1 July (in English)

The webinar, held on June 9th, focuses on the most recent and innovative Intralogistic solutions, developed to grant a more efficient management of both production flows and materials inside the most advanced ceramic factories. Speakers: Giancarlo Imponente (System Ceramics), Marcello Orsini (SACMI), Bruno Bettelli (I-Tech).

The webinar, held on 27 May 2021, focuses on some of the most innovative technologies and solutions, capable of substantially reduce the energy consumption of ceramic production processes. Speakers: Stefano Orlandi (SACMI), Eustachio Tarasco (System Ceramics), Paolo Masiero (Solar Turbines), Aleandro Azzaro (Gmm Group).

The webinar focused on the most recent and innovative technologies for the digital glazing and decoration of ceramic surfaces, together with leading providers of both materials and machines.
